When I try to copy files to a CD, I get the message "Windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this file." I press the "Retry" button with no result. I get the same message whether I click on "Copy files to CD" or drag the files to be copied to the CD drive. I was able to copy these same files to a CD just a few days ago.
